Indigenous voice in parliament, something the Albanian ‘strongly supports’

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said an indigenous voice in parliament was something he strongly supported.

“The idea that you should, because you are an Indigenous Australian, have the same view as all other Indigenous Australians is not real, and of course there are differing views,” said Ms. Albanese at a press conference on Wednesday.

“The media can choose to watch during this debate, and you have a great responsibility to watch and promote what unites us and to present it in a coherent way while recognizing that there are different points of view.
