Paltrow made the salacious remark during a appearance on Bieber’s YouTube talk show “Who’s in My Bathroom” Wednesday, where the pair also discussed Hollywood nepotism and Bieber’s marriage to the pop star justin bieber.
Paltrow, who appeared in “Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle” with Bieber’s father, Stephen Baldwin, in 1994, told the 25-year-old model that her dad was “awesome” and “so sweet.” Bieber was happy to hear it — and then things took a turn.
“I love hearing that,” Bieber said. “Imagine if you had a horror story and you were like, ‘He was awful! It was a nightmare working with him!’
“That would be bad,” Paltrow agreed. “Or if I had, like, fucked your dad in the bathroom.”
Bieber seemed unfazed: Wasting no time, she told Paltrow, “It happened to me, actually. I don’t even know if he knows that I know. She did not go into details.
Paltrow, for her part, clarified that she was just joking about hooking up with Baldwin. “I did not do it !” she says. “I did not do it.”
The 19-minute interview went on to cover a range of topics, some of them slightly bigger than Stephen Baldwin’s sex life.
Bieber comes from a great family of artists ― Alec Baldwin is his uncle ― and Paltrow is the girl from director Bruce Paltrow and Emmy- and Tony-winning actor Blythe Danner. Naturally, Paltrow and Bieber had a bit of a chat about family ties and nepotism in Hollywood.
“As someone’s child [established in Hollywood], you get access that other people don’t, right? So the playing field is not level that way,” Paltrow said.
“However, I really feel like once you get your foot in the door – which you unfairly walked into – you have to work almost twice as hard and be twice as good,” he said. she continued. “Because people are ready to pull you down and say ‘You don’t belong there’ and ‘You’re only here because of your dad or your mom’, or whatever. whether it be.”
As for her father’s romantic history, Bieber seemed relieved when his guest confirmed that she hadn’t actually slept with Baldwin.
“Well, that’s good to know,” Bieber said.
