An explosive deployed by a drone was detonated at Headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, injuring six people, Russian officials said on Sunday.

The attack took place during Russian Navy Day celebrations in Sevastopol, a Crimean port city that Russia annexed in 2014. It is not known who is responsible for the attack.

The attack came on the same day as Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new Russian naval doctrine in St. Petersburg.
