Access to Abortion on the Ballot in Kansas

Abortion access is on the ballot for the first time in America since the landmark Roe v Wade case was overturned.

Kansas voters are being asked if they want to remove a clause from the state constitution that prohibits lawmakers from introducing restrictions on abortion access.
